Detroit Style Pizza in Las Vegas

Detroit style pizza seems to be growing in popularity, for a long time it seemed you could only get it at Northside Nathan’s but now there are a few places in town offering it. Similar to Sicilian style which is thick crust in a rectangle shape often with basil, Detroit style differs in that the crust is usually blackened and crispy using Wisconsin brick cheese that goes to the edge of the pan.
